I have a ten year old Phillips Sonicare and hate the disposable brush heads. This was the most sustainable option I could find without scrapping the brush altogether. Fits perfectly and brushes well. Hoping it’s easy to pull the bristles and metal ring when I’m ready to compost. I agree with others that the paper box they were packaged in seemed unnecessarily large.
Totally comparable to the original plastic heads in quality, but I feel much better buying this product! I hate buying plastic!!!
I do wish you could change the length between shipments to be longer in the subscription. We get three heads but only are 2 people, so we don’t need a new shipment every three months. We’d have one extra and could skip a shipment.
These fit great on my Philip Sonicare electric toothbrush. A perfect substitute! Highly recommend.
Love these so much, bought 2 packs bc it was lifesaver for us.
No difference whatsoever from the plastic brushes, no weird flavors of the material either.
My husband and I both can’t live without our Sonicares, but recent plastic-free swaps for toiletry items couldn’t be applied on toothbrushes. I’ve been looking all over, but never came across plastic-free/biodegradable ones compatible for Sonicare.
We’re definitely coming back for more, and hopefully, by then, Plus Ultra has a Japanese retailer partner ;)
I’ve been looking for eco-friendly brush head replacements for my Phillips toothbrush for awhile and didn’t find any til I found these! Cause though I’ve been doing my best to be environmentally conscious, I was not about to compromise my dental health by going back to a manual toothbrush after years of bad teeth (and finally getting them to a good place). But my periodic searching finally paid off! These toothbrush head replacements are perfect! They fit the Phillips toothbrush just as good as the name brand, and I like that the majority of it is compostable! It’ll be so nice to throw these in the compost bin instead of the trash! My teeth feel just as clean after brushing as they did with the name brand heads, and the bristles are the same size as the ones I used to use. My only suggestion is that I wish the toothbrush heads were individually wrapped or covered (perhaps in some of that cornstarch/compostable plastic alternatives I’ve seen around) because they’re just open and exposed inside the box, so that makes it difficult to store them in a way that makes me feel like they’ll still be clean and ready to use in 3-6 months when I use the next head replacements.
